Job description
Responsible for creating, developing, maintaining and growing new business in Sweden. The main responsibility will be to create and sell new business and to develop local marketing activities. Support will be provided by the BiZZdesign head office in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
• To achieve agreed personal sales targets
• To create and develop new sales opportunities
• To manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenues
• Telephone and field sales activities
• Regular travel within the allocated region and occasional travel to the Netherlands for meetings
• To build and manage a sales pipeline and accurately forecast revenues
• To ensure that all customer requests are dealt with in an accurate and timely manner
• To work closely with the principles of BiZZdesign International to develop and maintain the specific business/territory plans
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
• A proven track record of generating new business in a similar discipline
• Good marketing experience (ability to develop local marketing activity)
• Experience selling relevant business (software) products, training and consultancy services
• Excellent client rapport and communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Bilingual – Swedish/English
• Outgoing and energetic approach
• First class relationship management and networking skills
• Confident dealing at senior management/board level
• Consultative sales approach
• Educated to degree level
